You'll also have access to ongoing coaching from agents who are actively producing in today's market. The goal is to help you develop strong sales habits, improve client communication, and create the consistency needed to grow your career over time.

• Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining ethical standards.
Qualifications • Active real estate license or near completion of the licensing process.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients, understanding their unique real estate needs.
